Find out how our panel of entrepreneurs grew their business from start-up to scale-up

So, you’ve researched your business idea, tested your product, registered your company name, set up your website, confirmed pricing and developed a brilliant brand – but now you need to find some customers.

With so much to think about when launching your start-up, many businesses overlook the most important part: the customer! Join us for the first in a new series of Start-up Stars events where we’ll hear from a panel of successful start-ups on how they found, and kept their first customers and helped build long-term customer loyalty to ensure business longevity.

At this panel event, chaired by motivational speaker and coach Rasheed Ogunlaru, you’ll have the chance to hear from a range of business owners on how they grew their business through developing a loyal customer base.  The panel will answer your questions and share their hints, tips and practical advice.

Start-up Stars creates a space where early stage businesses can benefit from the insight and practical advice of established scale-ups, and where new businesses can build networks and benefit from peer support and expertise sharing. The event is funded by the European Regional Development Fund and The British Library in partnership.

This event will be followed by a networking reception and refreshments.

This event is fully-funded by the European Regional Development Fund and the British Library as part of the Innovating for Growth Start-ups programme – a series of workshops, events and advice clinics, designed to support new business and innovation in London.
